Brisket Baked Beans
For our baked bean lovers out there, upgrade your recipe by adding brisket! This delicious combination will give your recipe a unique twist that bbq lovers will obsess over.

Ingredients
- 1/3 Pound Crossbuck BBQ Chopped Central Texas Style Brisket (Delivered nationwide in convenient vacuum-sealed 1 lb. bags.)
- 1/4 cup of Red Onion, largely diced
- 1/4 cup of Anaheim chili, largely diced
- 1 Tablespoon Jalapeños, chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 Teaspoons of Pepe rub (or favorite BBQ rub)
- 2 Cans Baked Beans (16 oz cans)
- 2 Tablespoon of Crossbuck Warrior BBQ Sauce (or favorite BBQ sauce)
Instructions
- Toss red onion, Anaheim chili, jalapeños, soy sauce and pepe rub in a bowl until well coated.
- Place in a proper cooking vessel and smoke at 250 degrees until the vegetabes are tender and limp (10-15 min)
- Combine the remaining ingredients with the cooked vegetables and transfer to a larger cooking vessel if needed.
- Cover the vessel with foil and bake at 300 degrees until fully heated (approx. 20-30 minutes) from room temp or (approx. 1 hour) if mixture is chilled.
