 Crossbuck BBQ’s Warrior & Carnicero Sauces Now Available at Central Market

Dallas, Tx: Crossbuck BBQ & Smokehouse is proud to announce a new agreement with Central Market featuring original recipe Warrior and Carnicero Sauces throughout all of their locations.

“While some people like to argue that great BBQ doesn't need sauce, the reality is that a lot of people really love BBQ sauces.  At Crossbuck, we designed two sauce varieties that capture layered and distinct flavors and can be enjoyed with all different kinds of food, like that brisket you just attempted to smoke for 10 hours at home” says Chef Pitmaster Tim McLaughlin.

Originally from the Midwest, Mclaughlin designed the Warrior Sauce with memories of his Midwest childhood. It is a thicker sauce, tomato based and has a little kick to it—“for the beast in you”.

The Carnicero Sauce is sweeter, with a bit of mustard but still tomato based, and goes with everything from ribs to vegetables; it is the "Butcher's Buddy". “Carnicero” means butcher in Spanish, and is named after Crossbuck co-owner, Chef Pitmaster Damian Avila.

Until now, both sauces have only been available at Crossbuck’s Farmers Branch restaurant and their online store where they ship their signature smoked meats nationwide. Central Market offers a great complement to the Crossbuck BBQ brand, as both entities specialize in chef-prepared items that contain a wide flavor profile.
